I realized this morning that I was supposed to plant my potatoes on St Patrick’s Day. Oops! I’ll have to get them in this weekend. Though I don’t have a ton to plant, only some teeny tiny ones that I grew last year and some spare sprouting ones from the store. I might pop over to Aldi and get some more bags of potatoes to sneak in.
Still have those turmeric/ ginger/ sunchoke tubers in my fridge that need to get planted too….
